About Me:
I am a strength athlete and coach currently training and competing as a member of USS (US Strongman) and Strongman Corp. I am also a member of the National Powerlifting League (NPL), the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I'm a Masters Division and Open Super Heavy Weight (SHW) Strongman athlete with a background in tactical resistance training, and strength and conditioning for dance and the martial arts.
My background gives me a unique perspective on how I develop strength programming as I enjoy the newest chapter in my athletic development.
MyHeavyMettle is the virtual space that coincides with the Heavy Mettle Gym. My purpose here is to inspire others to pursue their fitness and training goals regardless of discipline.
